In compliance with current regulations, general conditions of contract of the entity Visit Art S.L, which operates through the internet from the website www.visitart.es, for the products and/or services offered through it are detailed below and from which the rights and obligations of the parties are generated.
These General Conditions of Contract (henceforth referred to as "Conditions") have the function of regulating the relationship between Visit Art S.L (henceforth referred to as the "Provider") and clients (henceforth referred to as the "User"), relating to all transactions carried out through the online store's website.
The user or client shall be understood to be the Internet user who acquires this condition by registering on the website, using a form and to whom user codes and password are assigned, over which they have full responsibility for use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data supplied to the provider, as we will see in the User Registration section.
By accepting these Conditions, the User declares:
The User shall always and in all cases have access to the conditions, which may be stored and/or reproduced on a durable medium, prior to the start of the product contracting procedure.
The period of validity or duration of these Conditions and specific conditions of contract shall be the time that they remain published on the aforementioned website and shall be applicable from the moment the User makes use of the website, and/or proceeds to the contracting of any products.
The provider reserves the right to unilaterally modify these Conditions, without this affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired by the User prior to modification.
The User undertakes to read the contracting conditions carefully each time they proceed to contract a product, since they may have been subject to modification since the last time they were accessed.
Should any clause included in these Conditions be declared totally or partially null or ineffective, such nullity shall affect only said provision or the part of it that is null or ineffective, with all other Conditions remaining intact.
The subject of this contract is the regulation of the contractual buyer/seller relationship created between the provider and the user at the time the latter accepts the purchase during the online contracting process through the mechanisms set out below.
The contractual relationship of sale entails the delivery of one or more specific products in exchange for a certain price which is publicly displayed on the website.
Each of these products may be subject to specific regulation through their individual contracting conditions, of which more details will be given in the guarantee, returns and withdrawals section, or on the product data sheet, due to the different formats in which the products are sold, their packaging or their very nature.
The User may register on the website by clicking the upper right button "My account", then entering the personal data required as mandatory: name and surname, email and password. Registering as a User of the store will provide you with access to the website to purchase tickets.
The user will select a username, which will be the email, and a password, agreeing to make diligent use of them and not make them available to third parties, as well as to notify the provider of the loss or theft of them or of possible access by an unauthorised third party, in such a way that the provider proceeds to the immediate blockade. The user has full responsibility for its use and custody, being responsible for the veracity of the personal data supplied to the provider.
The user shall not be able to choose as a username words that have the purpose of confusing others by identifying them as a member of the provider, as well as abusive, insulting expressions, or which are contrary to the law or the requirements of morality and good manners in general.
The Visit Art website operates and sells in national and international territory. The use of this website as well as any purchase made on it is considered to be made in Spain, and is therefore subject to current Spanish laws and regulations. The Provider does not accept or deliver orders outside the aforementioned Territory.
All of the above is indicated without prejudice to the fact that we may soon offer these services in the excluded areas, in which case it will be announced in advance on this website.
The Provider takes great care with the information related to the characteristics of the tickets, through descriptions. All this is done within the limits of the technique and respecting market standards.
This descriptive sheet will include a contact form in case you want to obtain more detailed information. Or for greater ease, you may have a link to expand the information as much as possible.
The prices indicated for each product include the 21% Value Added Tax (VAT) and in all cases shall be expressed in Euro (€).
The contracting procedure and the pre-contractual information is in Spanish, and this language will be used to carry out the contracting.
In order to start the product contracting process at www.visitart.es, it is first necessary to select the event as well as the number of tickets. Next, it is necessary to register by filling in the mandatory information requested on the page that will appear below.
